On a slightly unrelated note, good luck finding any witnesses if you're driving around in Richmond, particularly late(r) in the evening. When drivers in Richmond witness an accident, instead of slowing down to offer assistance, they all speed away at light speed
It seems the general consensus for those c-lais and other Chinese drivers is to avoid any kind of confrontation or situation that would require them to attempt to speak English.
