Funny thing is, even the officer who had to speak to me about this "complaint" told me that they legally can't do anything, since I wasn't making noise during quiet time. He also tested my exhaust with one of those decibel meters and it passed nearly 10db under the "limit" at 5000 RPM.
Yet the same guy still complains to this day. What an idiot.

I would just play with the throttle when he's outside just to piss him off. I can stand idiots like that
