There are no engine differences whatsoever from 91 all the way through to 95, all North American cars had the same turbo engine. 93+ got LSD and has a different transmission as a result and other suspension changes, bigger brakes and power steering (USA only)...
I've seen this car in person at a friend's shop and am a 12 year owner of a 94 Turbo, this car is very clean.. I never met the owner but it was in nice shape. It's got a lot of expensive work done to it BUT it's very much to soemones taste so you have to have the same taste as that person.
