The sad part is that both are past their prime. With Pacqiao a bit further. So if I'm going to bet, my money is on Mayweather. Nevertheless, with the expectation being so high, a win for Pacqiao would be the best story. A total underdog to a complete dominance, it's even a great movie plot, it has his ups, his downs just before the climax and boom.

I think it goes without saying that the majority of people have their hearts cheering for Pacquiao. Unfortunately, Mayweather is just too damn good and if you were a betting man, Floyd would be the obvious choice.
Don't get me wrong, as a fan of Floyd's, he's got a piece of my heart cheering for him too. His persona is something I love, regardless of how the majority of people view him.
But Pacquiao is just hard to hate. His dumb fans can be annoying, yes, but Pacquiao as a figure is someone so iconic, he's hard not to like. I do hope the underdog comes out victorious, but this isn't a movie.
