Most vehicles start around $399 installed plus paint (roughly $50 or so). This would be for a reputable brand that comes with 3 years warranty. Some vehicles may require a little more work to do.

I've seen some places do some for as low as $250, but those are for the no name chinese kits with a less than stellar reliability. We stopped carrying those because of the constant issues with reliability/quality.

Steel bumpers are possible but require more time to do.

Cman is right. You get what you pay for. Imagine having paid $250 for a set that stop working a few months down the road to find out that they don't make that product anymore and the holes that were installed are now too big for a quality set. Now you're looking at a new bumperskin for an extra $700 plus the cost of $399 for a new set to be installed.
That happened to a few people that came here after getting the cheap ones somewhere else. Those people were pissed!
Don't fall into the trap! Buy it once.
