VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The two people accused of trying to shoot at an officer and then leading police on a chase across the Lower Mainland on Victoria Day have been arrested in Alberta.
The pair was found sleeping in a car on Royal Avenue, and the officer involved says the man pointed a gun at him and pulled the trigger, but the gun didn’t fire.
They took off and police chased them, but lost them in Vancouver.
The couple was picked up in Camrose sometime yesterday.
