You modified one of 8 cars in existence? Your not a bright cookie are you?
If indeed it was one of the 8 cars to reach production/road use then I hate to tell you its worth a HELL of a lot more than 15k. Not to mention if it has the sero kit then its worth even more as only 3 of those were true production cars.
But judging by what you have done to it, you own a old Camero with a knock off bodykit and some bolt ons taken from better vehicles.
And a stock 96 WRX ran a near 13 flat back in 96. Now if we modify that car the same as you have done then, yes, its still faster....and worth more.....and would ignite the fury or envy rage amongst the most mundane of minivan drivers.
