Are you looking for Cirque shows or just anything anything?
I saw One (the MJ tribute show) last time I was in Vegas and I thought it was good. Mystere and O are both pretty popular (and the longest running ones out there)
I liked Blue Man Group if you're looking for something non Cirque.
