I don't argue that the MR2 will hold value better than the Yaris... but I'm not looking at this from an investment point of view, but rather on the practicality.
Yes, it's true that we only need one vehicle at this time (the RX330), and had both the MR2 and Yaris sitting unused, but the thinking is that at some point in time, we may actually need to have a second vehicle for everyday use again, and the Yaris is by far the more practical choice for so many reasons.
I was reading that kids under 10 aren't supposed to ride in front seats of vehicles. Is there any actual law specifying when they are legally allowed to do so?
