Hey guys. Need some help with my little '79 kh100 bike.

So it's been over heating sort of. Insured it and went out last night with it. After about 10 minutes it started popping and bogging down. Oh also all the electrics shut down (but I solved that, blown fuse). The engine was warm for sure. But by no means was it hot enough to be seizing. No god dsmn way. I switched to premix so I know it's getting proper oil to the engine.

Now, it started popping out of the carb I'm pretty sure. If it starts to do that, why?? Is it possible the spark plug is too hot? I replaced the plug with a new one a while ago (ngk b8es) and it finally made it run. But ever since its done the over heating thing. Could it be totally fucking up the cycle if the plug was super hot? Also the coil and other electrics were cool to the touch.

So, can anyone on here help me choose a colder spark plug? I'm not sure how really and figured it's a cheap way to rule it out
