is the ignition points style? if so, check that is set correctly
may even be worth replacing, they're pretty sensitive to corrosion.
also, did you replace the stock air box (or filters) with something hi-flow like a pod filter or something? could be running too lean.
taking a look at the plug will give you an idea if it's running rich or lean.
short-hand of dragon's chart is Black is Rich, white is lean. you want a coffee with cream kind of colour.
