i have this problem, my girl is part of this fking 4x person Taiwanese chat group.. the msgs are non stop. I try to talk to her, but she tells me to wait cuz she needs to finish catching up on the 1xx msgs left in the last 10 min... i got so frustrated one day that i grabbed her phone and just threw it on the floor. ( keep in mind we talked about having her face to her phone constantly, we had this talk prob 4-5 times before i snapped). Its better now, she doesn't constantly look at her phone. Im cool if she checks FB, insta or chats that fine, but when not a single word has been said since we sat down till the time we left because she too busy taking pics of food for her 4x person group chat, sorry cant take that.

Now she does her phone thing when shes alone or has free time, but when we are together there is no phone unless there is a legit reason. ie taking pics of the beach or family calls or friends calls etc.
