No point in complaining to anyone at that dealership, like you said they will cover eachothers backs. Granted this is just another tick to not go to any dealership in Richmond period.
Now if you want to complain, give Honda Canada a call and let them know what happened, and what could've happened if the appointment went well. I find when you talk to somebody in customer service who has a brain, and is higher up, they understand what GOOD customer service gets, and what happens when you dish out bad custoemr service.
