However I did buy a car from Signature Mazda without issue. Then again it was:

Cash
Easiest transaction ever. The wholesale manager knows his shit (he's an actual car guy). After chatting with him a lot, I was able to waive the fees. I've never got a good vibe at Richmond dealerships but I had no problems at Signature.
