Easiest transaction ever. The wholesale manager knows his shit (he's an actual car guy). After chatting with him a lot, I was able to waive the fees. I've never got a good vibe at Richmond dealerships but I had no problems at Signature.

But the reception and Asian female sales @ Signature Mazda have the shittiest attitude ever. Or maybe that's cause I don't dress like their typical customer - Chinese Mainlanders.
