eleven Madison park is my absolute favourite restaurant. I haven't tried tfl yet, but it looks pretty good.
emp is definitely accessible 3 star dining -- not stuffy at all. it's 3* for our generation. and yes, meeting chef Daniel hum and getting him to sign his book was also a highlight when I went!
after being to a 3 star restaurant, I haven't eaten 'fine dining' in Vancouver again. it's nowhere near the same category.
