Just walk down Chinatown and you should find plenty. For Richmond - there's a stand when you walk right into Yoahan.
Or, if you're withdrawing a bunch of cash bills anyways, you can try your luck and ask the bank if they have any. TD + HSBC usually have a bunch - but at this time of the year YMMV.
