the service bulletin extension is for rebuilding the a/c compressor with a new clutch and field coil.
Quite expensive for those parts, may be better off replacing the whole compressor out of warranty.
I suggest you verify your a/c compressor clutch relay is in good working order as well before diving into all the repairs
