How did you link your account? If you just entered banking info, you'll need to send them a 2nd piece of ID (credit card, bank statement, blank cheque).
It took awhile to get a reply email but they said they are EXTREMELY busy due to the promo.
I sent in a bank statement yesterday and was just fully verified today. Added funds today. Just waiting to exchange now
