Sorry, not what I meant.
I don't have any experience with the "Continental" race tires.
A 28.2 inch diameter tire is really tall and may not fit under the fenders of your car.
My civic runs a 22.8-23 inch tire, my 13's are 21 inch in diameter to give you a reference.
I am guessing your Mustang runs a 26.8 diameter tire, so add almost an inch and a half to the top of the tire.
