Will be going to replace my alternator soon on my 1997 Honda Civic SI (d series), just wondering if an alternator from a 1999 Civic si (d series ) will fit. Seller told me to verify if itll work on my car as the plugs may be different his alternator has 3 pins? Looked online and from the threads I have read through it should work as long as its from one d series to another, just want to confirm...

edit problem solved:
took the plug off of my alternator and it does fit its also 3 pins.
