How badly is it leaking?
Since you're not sure if it coming from the plumbing or the sprinklers, you
could turn off the water supply going to the sprinkler system for a few hours or a day (if it's a substantial leak). If it doesn't leak in that time frame, it's safe to say that's your problem.
