Those who are new to the industry usually provide good service but are flustered because they are inexperienced, which I can fully understand and I forgive.
There are those who have been and will stay with the industry get jaded and no longer give a fuck and want to get you in and out ASAP; those are the ones working for their expected tip yet still do a shit job. Those are the people I can't fucking stand.
