The lack of 4-way stop awareness is not endemic to Richmond. It's an affliction that is suffered throughout the GVRD.
We should just do what Abbotsford does and install roundabouts EVERYWHERE. #roundabouts #stupididea
I've heard some areas are not expected to have power back until tomorrow afternoon, now. Marine from Boundary to Victoria Drive, all the traffic lights were still out as of 2pm, as well.
