thats what a voltage sensor at the battery is for. the system only operated at optimal settings. if the battery is weak, which it would be registered as weak if the vehicl required a jump start, the system would not operate even if it is turned and left on.

Imagine getting a jump start and forgetting to turn off eco mode and pulling up to a red light and have the motor auto turn off.
