I didn't feel like mentioning this since I've heard they did good work...but when I was shopping around for quotes a while ago, I saw an employee peel out (heard the tires squeal) from the back of the shop to the front in a Chrysler 300 (older short guy with long hair).
That was enough for me to get back in my car and shop elsewhere.
