Dinner - Robbed (112 and 84)

We have been helping a single mom who had a fire. My wife and I allowed the lady's teenage daughter to stay with us while mom moved into a basement suite. On the second day, she took my wallet with the grocery and bill money and disappeared.

I get paid Thursday's at midnight (direct deposit) but we are stuck until then. We are not able to cook a turkey and would gratefully accept thanksgiving leftovers so my wife and son can have a turkey dinner. This sounds so pathetic but we are stuck. My wife just cries.

We are thankful we have each other, a roof over our heads and a job. Thanks for reading...
