I provide internet/cable for my rental unit as a excuse to increase the rent for my unit in comparison to others in the neighbourhood. I've asked my provider to disable PPV and On Demand features and new channels can only be ordered from myself and not the tenants. I figured I had all my bases covered in providing cable. Is there something i'm missing? I haven't had any problems with billing.
