Sorry to steal your thread but my 1995 325i convertible was just totalled and I still haven't signed yet.
They offered me $4200 before deductible. I insisted that it is worth more and sent my adjuster a couple of coupes that are older (i.e. 92/93) and priced higher on Craigslist. I assumed that a convertible would be worth more and a later year would also be the same case.
However she said she wants to be comparing apples to apples and tells me to find 1995 convertibles only.
Do I have a case here?
