NCIX has them, london drugs too iirc
last year i was searching for something like a pelican case, just to wrap a present in, but i couldnt justify the price of one for what came down to being a gift box....
anyway i found this Canadian company
http://www.plasticase.com/ that makes all sorts of plastic cases (rugged too) with all sorts of customization you can have done to them, and their prices are beyond competitive!
they seem to be a wholesaler but they're willing to sell single cases too, i bought one to meet my use, and i wasnt expecting much, but after it arrived i was really impressed with the quality
i would recommend anyone considering a pelican case to check these guys out
