Another spontaneous restaurant choice
On my second day in Tokyo, I woke up earlier than I had thought, so I decided to go to a Michelin star unagi restaurant.
Nodaiwa was supposedly quite famous (reccomended by my hotel concierge) so I decided to give it a try. I didn't make a reservation as they do not take reservation for 1, but I walked in at 11am and was seated right away.
The meal featured steam and broiled unagi, as well as unagi jelly and a small piece of what I believe was smoked or cured unagi
