They don't have it here. (I looked everywhere)
It has a short shelf life, making it very difficult for mass import. Even the one I can find in Taiwan usually doesn't last more than 2 weeks before expiration.
I usually just fill my carry-on with it in a big thermo bag (and icepack) whenever I fly back from TPE. My kid/wife absolutely love this. Then, suddenly they banned icepack.
