if you want to go with the HJC, try the CL17 instead. There are notable improvements in the 17 over the 16 and the price is still affordable. Snell 2010 and DOT ratings for a sub $200 or less helmet.

While the bell rogue is a pretty narly helmet, the mouth guard doesn't offer any impact protection and offers esthetics purely and not for safety. It will stop bugs but that's it.

visit our local bike shops during the winter. There are clear outs that are priced well against US dollar. (plus you get to try em on for fit)

Try Modern or Daytona, they should have lots of CL 17's in stock in various colors and finishes.
