Girlfriend got a groupon type deal for them and we weren't happy.
They called half way through the day saying the cleaning wasn't sufficient and that they'll need to 'spend more time' cleaning and we'd be charged for a full groom. My gf was at work and couldn't go back out to pick him up so she just decided to go with it. I ended up picking him up and his teeth didn't look any cleaner than before we brought him in and the charge for a groom was a complete scam because they did no grooming whatsoever.
