+1. I usually either use tom yum with chicken broth or I make herbal chicken stock. For herbal chicken, just go to any herbal store and tell them what you're making (roughly $10 for the whole pot), chop a chicken and boil. With either stocks, start with some canned chicken broth or add the powder if you want the strong restaurant-like taste
