Last year I went with the Lee Kum Kee packets of hot pot broth. Satay was one of them and they had other packets of ready-mix stuff like lemon chicken and stuff like that. There was also another for mushroom and chicken broth. I think those ones are pretty good and I've even seen them at walmart for like a dollar or 2 per packet.
Step 1: Bring cooking pot of water to a boil
Step 2: add contents of hot pot packet
Step 3: start dipping meat and vegetables in
Step 4: ????
Step 5: Profit
