You dip that straight? Off topic but................
I'm always interested what other people use for dipping sauces. My current go to is:
Peanut butter (whipped a bit with hot water) + that satay sauce + soy sauce + sriracha blended into a yummy paste
and separately made in another bowl (for a small bowl):
a bunch of garlic chopped
a handful of roughly chopped cilantro
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup white vinegar
a few glugs of maple syrup (more if you need more balance)
a healthy shake of tabasco
a healthy dolup of sriracha
half a tsp of sesame oil
A bit of A) mixed with a bit of B) makes me want hot pot everyday. It's a bit of work, but so damn worth it.
