1/3 cup soy sauce

a few glugs of maple syrup (more if you need more balance)
a healthy shake of tabasco

A bit of A) mixed with a bit of B) makes me want hot pot everyday. It's a bit of work, but so damn worth it.

for that specific bbq sauce I like to throw in minced garlic, chopped up green onions and a raw egg

I use a buncha diff sauces and shit gotta have variety lol
