I didn't care at the time, I just was expecting a crazy good job. He made it sound like they did an amazing job. Kept saying he went the extra mile, he would normally charge extra. Even though I already paid extra. So for $20 I can deal with it. I ended up giving them extra money as a tip too.
From all the "positive" reviews, I felt confident the 1st time it would come out mint. Boy was I wrong.
