Possibly coil packs or spark plugs from the sounds of it? I also had a similar problem on my 370z, but that turned out to be the shitty CAI I had in there. AEM makes an "electronically tuned intake" with a maf sensor adapter/extension thing. That thing on my car fucked up, and caused it to bog randomly. Switched it out (after changing spark plugs, cleaning up maf sensors and everything with the problem still present) for another intake and I was fine. Might be worth looking into
