OP, congrats on such an adventure! I'd agree with most people and their points. For me though, I'm all about the experience. From the moment I walk in to the very moment I leave, I always ask myself would I come back. Factors including customer service (huge in my books), variety/options of drinks, price, and comfort. A place I actually quite like (and reminds me of the idea you're going towards) is on Cambie, called Moii cafe. Something about the environment, the people working there, the vibe...it just makes me feel so relaxed. |
Thanks!! It's very much appreciated. We actually looked to opening in Burnaby, however, we have something in the works for Vancouver right now. Hopefully late next year or 2017 we will head towards Burnaby. It's only been a year so I'm still playing with closing times. Definitely this summer we will close later every night
