I have met Telus so far and they have a pretty good package now Shaw has contacted me in regards to their business package. I would love to hear anyone's personal experience with either of these packages.

Shaw claims they are not VOIP which in turn is great if the internet goes down the phone is still up.

Telus claims they have the best network for the phone system but apparently they use a third party called ring central.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated!
