Holy crap I just figured it out by fluke.

Step 1:

Open Screen Resolution settings

Step 2:

Click Advance Settings

Step 3:

Click Intel HD Graphics Control Panel tab (Onboard graphics on my PC)

Step 4:

Click Graphic Properties

Step 5:

Select a screen resolution and use custom aspect ratio!

Use the sliders so it fits the screen!
