Turns out it was just a stomach virus, ran its course in about 5 days. It got really bad when I started having massive stomach cramps every 10 minutes and couldn't leave my house for 2 days. I just had to suck it up and suffer for those 2 days. Apparently a lot of people have been coming down with something similar so I'd be a little cautious. Thanks for all the help guys!
