Very impressed by Richmond Acura... they did a great job addressing 2 warranty items AND proactively replaced my battery (under warranty) because it failed the load test... I had no clue my battery was not performing. I'm pretty sure they know I'll be trading in this RDX for another ACURA in 3yrs.
and the big bonus was that I got to boot around in the V6 TLX as a loaner...

I always wonder how does it work with a newer car w/ warranty if your DIY'er . Let say oil change do you just keep the receipt for the oil and filter and when something happens to the motor that qualifies for the warranty.Do you just show the reciept to the dealer? I can see the dealer giving the person/diy'er a hard time covering the warranty
