Foie gras nigiri at Ebisu did not disappoint. Very fair price. The first round it was really good but the second time around it didn't really 'melt in your mouth'. Maybe sear it a bit longer or defrost longer?
Taste+price point 10/10 would indulge in again. Next time I should just order 10 pcs and you can just put in a rice bowl for me lol, foie gras on rice
