Well, against my better judgement I bought a complete state black label and pretty much need to change out everything. While it is ridable now, I'll most likely get a new seat, new brakes and a set of new wheels and better track bars. The wheels come from the factory very slightly warped. Not wobble but it's not perfectly round. Putting on some vittorias helps a bit. Everything on this bike is a bit off. Should have just paid a bit more for a langster street or pick up a new langster frame and build on that.
