thanks bud, i had a stress fracture 2 years ago that put me out for 6 months.
ive just been having a tightness in my arch lately that feels uncomfortable then develops into pain after about 20m. i can sort of cope with it if i switch more to a midfoot landing instead of my usual forefoot, but at this point i'm just fed up with my foot problems. rather focus my time and energy into my other activities
