I'll never forget the time I was driving behind the Hon's in Richmond, and was behind a delivery truck. The guy dropped a bucket of some sort of powder [salt or MSG or something] on the floor of the truck and proceeded to use his hand to scoop all the powder back off the floor and bumper back into the bucket, put the lid back on, and went about with the delivery.
So the only surprising part to me is that it took this long for them to get shut down
