Yup, I don't disagree with you there. I think Rogan has touched on it before during UFC broadcasts, usually after someone has either repeatedly grabbed the fence or when Jones/Browne fight and they're on their 3rd eye poke and the ref still continues to give them a warning.
No fighter will stop gaming the system like Jones and Browne are doing because they know there are no repercussions except a few warnings. Nothing will ever change until fighters start getting automatic point deductions on the 2nd eye poke or fence grab. Groin shots are a little harder to gauge simply because of the inside leg kick and the proximity to the area, but you rarely see a lot of 2nd or 3rd nut shots like you do with eye pokes and fence grabbing (unless your name is Cheick Kongo)
